By accessing or using AltClaw's services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
2. Description of Service
AltClaw provides hosted OpenClaw instances. Each user receives their own private, dedicated instance with compute resources and persistent storage.
3. User Responsibilities
You are responsible for all activity on your account. You agree not to use the service for illegal purposes, to abuse system resources, or to attempt to circumvent usage limits.
4. Billing and Payment
Subscription fees are billed monthly. Usage-based charges (compute and AI credits) are calculated at the end of each billing period. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law.
5. Data and Privacy
Your data remains yours. We process data only as necessary to provide the service. See our Privacy Policy for details on how we handle your information.
6. Service Availability
We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Instances may be automatically paused when idle to conserve resources.
7. Limitation of Liability
AltClaw is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service.
8. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
